For nineteen years, I studied people inside the architecture of organisations. Today I work with the architecture of identity, helping seekers, leaders and the quietly searching trade an old self for one aligned with their deepest truth.

Life Coach
I describe myself through three archetypes woven together: healer, warrior, and mentor someone who evokes Dharma creatively to meet everyday life with depth, courage and compassion.
Roshan means the light that illuminates the self and others. Azaad means the freedom that follows. I did not choose this name so much as it chose me, and I have spent the years since trying to live worthy of it.
Before any of this, I spent over nineteen years inside corporate HR, learning far more than any classroom could teach how identity quietly shapes everything a person becomes. That understanding now sits at the centre of my coaching, my mentoring, and the poetry I write in the stillness between.
These are not slogans. They are the ground I stand on when working with another person and the questions I return to myself daily.
Power is not the absence of struggle, but the presence of awareness inside it. Real work begins the moment everyday life is brought into full, honest view.
Hold on to something you call sacred, and dedicate yourself to it. Without that anchor, even the most accomplished life can feel strangely weightless.
Purpose is not a destination you arrive at. It is the texture of a life lived in alignment, one ordinary day, one honest choice at a time.
Change the lens, and the view changes with it. This is not behaviour management; it is where real, lasting transformation begins.
Each offering meets a different need, but all of them begin at the same starting point: identity, not behaviour.
Individual and team coaching that begins with a no-obligation chemistry session — because genuine fit matters more than filled calendars.
Quiet, unhurried conversations for those navigating questions no checklist or framework can fully answer.
Talks and facilitated sessions on identity, Dharma and conscious leadership for organisations ready for an honest conversation.
Shayari, music and reflective performance for gatherings that want depth in the room, not just entertainment.
Poetry and music began as catharsis. They have since become a channel for something larger than personal story.
Each piece arrives less like something written and more like something witnessed, self-expression in alignment with the Divine.
